Welcome to the Vendor Registration Page for the Columbia Black Expo 2025!

Join us at the Columbia SC Fair Grounds on May 17th, 2025, from 10 am to 5 pm, for a dynamic event that provides an exceptional platform for introducing your business to a vibrant audience. This gathering is not just a commercial opportunity but also supports a noteworthy cause, connecting you directly with potential customers.

Vendor Registration Details:

  • Event Date: May 17th, 2025
  • Venue: Columbia SC Fairgrounds
  • Time: 10 am – 5 pm

Vendor Categories & [Regular] Registration Fees:

  • Small Business/Non-Profit: $400.00
  • Corporate: $650.00
  • Food Vendors: $600.00
  • Food Trucks: $350.00

Registration Process:

  1. Choose Your Category: Select the ticket type of business you are registering as.
  2. Booth Selection: You will be asked to make three preferred booth choices. A venue map will be available to aid in your selection.
  3. Event Participation: Indicate whether you plan to provide information, sell products, or other activities in the registration questionnaire.
  4. Promotion: Enjoy promotion across various channels such as social media, advertising, and the Black Expo website.
  5. Staff Passes: Three passes are provided for staff, with additional tickets available for purchase.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Ensure you read and agree to the terms and conditions set by Black Expo South.
  • Additional vendor information, including rules and regulations, will be provided upon final payment and booth selection.

Payment Submission:

  • Your application is complete only after payment is successfully cleared.
  • Online payments can be on Black Expo Vendor Registration page on Eventpasshero.com.
  • Note: There is a no-refund policy after the purchase of a vendor booth, with specific exceptions outlined in the policy.

The mission of the Black Expo is to promote economic development through increased exposure for minority-owned businesses. African-American owned businesses have the opportunity to showcase their products and services to the public and procurement officers from major corporations and government entities. It is also an opportunity for major corporations and government entities to develop viable working relationships with minority-owned businesses while marketing their products and services to a growing consumer market.
